Testimonials
We’re proud to have built lasting working relationships over the years. Here’s what they have to say about their journey with us in their own words!

"Carmen Amador-Rosales is a very dynamic and knowledgeable presenter. I had the opportunity to observe and participate in professional development sessions and workshops provided by her and she makes her presentations interactive with activities and opportunities for Q & A, not just a lecture. Carmen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and is an exceptional communicator. Her presentations are well prepared and organized. Her years of experience as an educator and administrator make her an expert in many areas in education. She is able to personalize the content depending on the group or audience. She also provides opportunities for participation to practice the strategies she is presenting. She was the only principal I have worked with that designed a professional development series to train her new teachers in pedagogy as well as strategies and instructional skills. She provided support and feedback weekly for the duration of the training sessions. Carmen will be an asset to any school or team in need of expert staff development."

"While engaging in professional development under Principal Amador’s leadership at IS 303, I was able to participate in and experience the transformation of a good middle school to a great middle school where children were able to explore, develop and grow; both academically and emotionally.
During the weekly PD sessions, staff had the opportunity to share best practices with colleagues, and sometimes students as well. We ALWAYS were given the opportunity to share concerns and accomplishments as well. Through these experiences, I believe I am a better teacher and have been able to share my best practices beyond the classroom!"

"I was applying for a federal job as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent that required me to seek a coach. I'm a native Spanish speaker and my second language is English. I do not consider myself as a fully bilingual person because I have to develop more fluency when I'm in a conversation with people that are at an advanced level of English.
Ms. Amador coached me during 3 months via Zoom meetings, two days per week so l could be prepare to start this new job. By doing these meetings I was able to adapt my hearing to the advanced level speakers. She taught me a list of idiomatic expressions that helped me understand better the language. I recommend her 100% because of her vast experience as a teacher and a school principal."
- Sandra Torres, Career Coaching Client
"Carmen Amador exemplifies leadership in a way that inspires all those who have the privilege of working alongside her. During my time at the school, she spearheaded the New Teacher Institute program, where she provided valuable guidance and instruction to new educators on effective academic strategies, fostering their success in the field of education.
Collaborating with Mrs. Amador was an enriching experience, as she offered a diverse array of practical tools applicable both within the classroom and beyond. Her capacity to approach various situations with a high degree of professionalism further underscores her exceptional qualities as a leader."
