About The founder and CEO
Empowering Students. Inspiring Educators. Elevating Schools.
Carmen N. Amador is a mother, wife, educator, and educational leader. Her journey began as a young girl who from the start was passionate about becoming an educator. Today, she continues to devote her work to understanding how students learn and how developing a culture and community around teaching and learning pays dividends for everyone involved.

Understanding the importance of self-care, she is also certified in Yoga and Mindfulness and brings these practices to school communities to help staff focus on the importance of filling their cup and being present not only in their work but for themselves.
